Planning & Zoning

The Planning & Zoning Commission reviews proposed amendments to zoning ordinances, site plans and plat applications, and also makes recommendations to the Council regarding the current and future development of the City of Finlayson.

  • March 3 at 6:30PM - Regular Meeting - Review of Updated Comprehensive Plan First Draft
  • March 24 at 1-2:30PM - Comprehensive Plan Working Session - Final Draft Presentation
  • April 7 at 6:30PM - Regular Meeting -Recommendation to Adopt Finlayson Comprehensive Plan – 2025
  • April 28 at 1-2:30 - Working Session
  • May 5 at 6:30PM - Regular Meeting
  • May 19 at 1-2:30PM - Working Session
