Listed below, you will find the City of Finlayson current water rates and policies. If you do not find the information you need, please contact our office and we will provide it for you. 

Should you experience a problem with your water, please call the phone numbers provided. We will do everything possible to locate the problem with your water service.

* The sewer base fee includes 4,000 gallons.  After the initial 4,000 gallons, 0.0055 per gallon price is used.

Residential using 1,000 Gallons

Water Base Fee                                               $35.00

Per Gallon Fee:               .0055                        $5.50

Sewer Base Fee:                                             $23.00

Total Amount Due on 1,000 Gallons:                $63.50

Water meters are read on or about the 27^th day of the month

Water and Sewer Bills are sent out on the last day of the month

For Customers convenience a payment drop box is located on the north side of City Hall.

Water and Sewer payments are Due on the 20^th of the month a late fee of $15.00 will be assessed on delinquent accounts.

Water shut off fee $40.00

Water reconnect fee $40.00
