NOTICE OF SPECIAL CITY COUNCIL MEETING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Finlayson City Council will hold a Special Meeting on November 5, 2025, at 6:30p.m. at Finlayson City Hall, 2217 Finland Avenue, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Chapter 13D (Open Meeting Law).
The purpose of this special meeting is to address matters related to the recent resignations of the City Clerk and Deputy Clerk and to ensure the continued operation of city services.
Agenda items will include:
1. CALL TO ORDER - Pledge of Allegiance
2. ROLL CALL
3. NEW BUSINESS
a. Public Forum (3 minutes per person)
b. Potential decision to extend offer to new City Clerk
c. Personnel Committee to provide recommendation for interim duties to be filled by a few options discussed at the 10/28 meeting
d. City Hall hours of operation for the week of 11/10th.
4. ADJOURNMENT
